The city mountain of Luossavaara - convenient and excellent.
Camp Ripan is an exclusive site close to the ski slope. We will help you in renting ski equipment and transportation to the slope. Kiruna's city mountain is directly connected to the city, conveniently within walking distance. Luossavaara offers a normal variation and good skiing conditions from the middle of November up until the end of April. The average natural winter snow depth is about 1.5 meters. The mountain offers 4 pists, one of which is a children's, and three ski lifts. The highest drop is 160 meters and the longest pist is 620 meters.

The Luossavaara slope is under development. The new entrepreneur, Snöbolaget AB, presents many exciting suggestions to what needs to be done. To name a few:
• A park for snowboarders, a so-called "cross bowl"
• A skiing playground for the youngest enthusiasts
• A cafeteria, serving snacks and with outdoor grills
