Equipment Rentals

There are a variety of activities that you can do on your own. By renting equipment and ordering a lunch packet, you tailor your own tour. We have well-prepared cross-country ski tracks that start right outside the reception, and are suitable for beginners and professionals alike. Every year, a great number of cross-country skiers come to the training camp at Camp Ripan. We also have marked trails for snowshoeing, and if you choose to venture out after dark, you can rent a headlamp.
If you just want to get out in the fresh air, you can take a walk to the Aurora Borealis Theatre or our Lappish hut to build a fire and wait for the Northern Lights. A kick sled is a great form of winter transportation, something you simply must try! Now we offer ice skate rentals as well.
